Id like todo the training l eork at Royaltown
So I completed all the training and I didn't get any of the credit for it so I basically wasted about 45 to 50 mins for absolutely nothing and then when you actually ask for any type of technical help they take about 3 to 4 days to actually reply back to you and while you're in the chat asking for the help they'll ask you do you want to read any material while you're waiting and then it doesn't even allow you to reply back so if you're here for Maui Jim training just uninstall bcz it's so bad!
Glitchy, things don't load, can't get access to discounts even when you finish all the trainings. Needs a serious overhaul
Always crashes and some if not most of the videos don't load, how am I supposed do mandatory training on this app!?
This app keeps crashing on my 2 other lessons but worked well with others frustrating!
The app won't open and the videos won't load and when they do the won't buffer so a 3minute videos turns out to be a 7minute video. Please sort the problem I need this for work !!!!
Worked great until latest update where nothing loads. Logs in and shows nothing
Update is bugged, won't open up training content I can login via the website but the app no longer works which is a bit rubbish
Sucks thats all I have to say
worst training platform and worst customer service its only a waste of time using this apps for our company training
